Creating content that adds value.
I publish so a practitioner can use one idea the same day, and avoid a mistake I have already paid for.

I make videos and articles for a simple reason: projects are an expensive way to learn, and there is no need for every team to pay the full price.
Leave one usable idea
A piece that "covers the landscape" usually leaves the viewer with nothing to do on Monday. I try to end with one action: name a process owner, run the demo on your own order, time a task before you automate it. If I cannot name that action, the piece is not finished.
The audience I write for is a practitioner in the middle of a real change, not a person collecting definitions. Curious learners are welcome. They get more from a concrete case than from a glossary.
Show the scar, not only the slogan
The useful part of consulting is the mistake you can now see earlier. Scope that was never decided. Data that was "owned by IT". Training that was a single week. I would rather describe that plainly than publish another list of benefits.
Show up more often than you polish
Trust comes from being consistently useful, not from a perfect thumbnail. A clear explanation, published, beats a masterpiece that stays in drafts. The community forms around the person who keeps returning with something they can use, not around the person who performed once.
